Custom Orders – All Sales Final
Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once your order has been approved.

Design Services
All payments for design work are non-refundable. Once we begin working on your design, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is firm and non-negotiable.

Product Quality and Replacements
We take great pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. If your order arrives with a defect or damage, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos showing the issue. If the defect is confirmed and aligns with our Terms and Policy, we’ll gladly remake the item for you.

Please note:

  • Returns or refunds are not available for issues related to expected variations in print quality, or if our product does not match items from other manufacturers.

  • Each print is made to order, and every file is tailored to your specifications — including color, sizing, and texture. We cannot reprint or refund due to customer errors or last-minute cancellations.

Important

  • Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • All defective items must be returned before a reprint is issued.

  • If eligible, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a shipping label.

  • Please allow up to 20 business days for your replacement to be processed and shipped.

Returns Process
To begin a return, contact us at kate@keenslaps.com. If your request is approved, we’ll send instructions and a return shipping label (if needed). Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
